A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Withdrawal information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the service already provided up to the time you communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract, provided that the legal requirements for this are fulfilled.
Premature expiry for services
Our social media marketing, social media placement, campaign and other support services as well as the creation of content according to brief, in particular blog texts, product images, logos and infographics, are provided depending on the specific order as services or as services with a digital work result.
In the case of services, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully performed, provided that the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader (§ 356 para. 4 German Civil Code – BGB).
Insofar as the subject of the contract is exclusively the supply of digital content not stored on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if performance has begun after the consumer has provided prior express consent to performance commencing prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period, and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal, and the trader has provided confirmation of the contract (§ 356 para. 5 German Civil Code – BGB).
