Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Withdrawal Information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, KD Solutions OHG, Ladenburger Straße 12a, 69198 Schriesheim, Germany, e-mail: , by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, telephone, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal electronically via our withdrawal function at https://www.likesandmore.de/en/withdraw-contract. If you use this electronic withdrawal function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal immediately on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such repayment.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services provided up to the point at which you communicated to us your exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.

Premature Expiry for Services and Digital Content

Our social media marketing, social media mediation, campaign, and other support services as well as the creation of content according to briefing, in particular blog texts, product images, logos, and infographics, are provided either as services or as services with a digital work result depending on the specific order.

In the case of services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have performed the service in full and have begun performance after you have given your express consent, and at the same time confirmed your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us (§ 356 para. 4 BGB [German Civil Code]).

In the case of contracts for the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires with the start of contract performance if you have given your express consent to begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, have confirmed your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal at the start of contract performance, and we have provided you with the contract confirmation required by law (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
